Dog Registration and Pedigree Request General Information
There are three possible ways to register a dog with the ILWC:
- Individual Dog Registration and/or Pedigree Request: for dogs whose parents are registered with the ILWC.
- Litter Registration: for litters whose parents are registered with the ILWC. (The puppies may be registered to various owners on the litter registration form.)
Dogs may be registered as:

All applications are currently in a .doc format, and may be either printed and mailed with appropriate documentation, or filled out and emailed. We intend to have a fillable online membership form available soon,
with a PayPal button option on the website. In the meantime, payments
may be made via PayPal through your PayPal account, by sending the
money to: ilwc.treasurer@gmail.com, or a check payable to "ILWC" may be mailed separately or with your application.

Litter Registration & Certificates $20 + $5 per puppy
Litter Registration, Certificates, Certified Pedigrees - $20 + $10 per puppy
Duplicate Registration Certificate only - $5.00
Ownership Transfer - $5.00
International please add $3 for postage if you would like hard copies.
